Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Snow blower AMF 3 stage, friction wheel, inner diameter

I have a AMF 3 stage model 13620300. The friction wheel is shot. When I removed it the part number on it is: 3030494, and it doesn't seem to fit quite right, what would be the part number I'm looking for and where would I get it. It has 7 mounting holes two sets are grouped together. The drive mount has 6 holes. The overall diameter is 5 5/8" with a 1/8" lip. the inner hub is 4 3/8" to the inner diameter of 2 3/4". You probably know all this. Thanks for your help

It didn't have an engine and I put a Harbor freight engine on it, it's a beast.

You make have to modidy one of the discs to fit.  Many of the parts can be modified with a die grider, dremmel, and a drill to redrill holes if needed.
