Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Yard Machines tractor, rear fenders, safety switches

Hi, I have a Yard Machines 20 hp 42 inch tractor with a Tecumseh twin. The battery is fully charged but nothing happens when I try to start it. I suspect a safety switch, but which one? Or am I wrong about the safety switch? This unit has not been  cared for and is stored outside. Please help

I would suspect a safety switch is causing the problem but it just be a safey switch connection is dirty.

Have you located all the safety switches?  Do you have a multimeter?

What is the model number on the mower identificaiton sticker?  The sticker is about the sixe of business card and is usually located under the seat or rear fenders.
