Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Carbeurator settings, throttle response, acceleration

I have a Weed Eater Feather Lite  FL 20. Carb had to be completely disassembled for cleaning. Got it running again but the throttle response and top end RPM's don't seem to be right. What are the settings for this carb. ?

If it is idling ok, and it is sluggish on acceleration, try giving the high end adjusting screw a slight turn in. Do this with the motor running if you can, and work with it from there. 2 cycles are very tempermental, and it is almost impossible to give an exact setting. If you want to start from the beginning, set each screw at 1 turn out and work from there.
