Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 1989 toro 521 snowblower, toro 521 snowblower, tecumseh engines

Question
I have a 1989 toro 521, when posing the question for repair it is said that the carburetor needs to be rebuilt. The toro fires up okay but will only run on full choke and then dies under load. What I'm asking for is do you have a spec manual so as that I could break down the carb?

Answer
Hello Wesley:

>>A Breakdown of the Engine and Carburetor can be Located at Different Sites on the Web.
>>The Following is a Site Addy that you can use to Download a Breakdown of the Engine and Carburetor.
>>You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Engine at this Site Addy, http://www.outdoordistributors.com/parts.html and Select the First Letter of the Engines OEM. Then Select your Engines OEM. >>For Some Tecumseh Engines you have to have the Carburetor Part Number and Use this Site to see the Carburetor Breakdown.
>>You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Carburetor at this Site Addy,

Fill Out the OEM Part Diagrams Look Up by Model Fit. Select Carburetors. Now Select the Carburetor (Example: #632370A).
>>If you Send me the Make, Model, Type/Specification and Code Numbers Off the Engine, I can Locate and Direct you to the Correct Breakdowns online.
>>If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I Hope to be Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.
