Answer
Hello Roger:

>>The Idle RPM is 1700 + or - 150 RPM.
>>Since this is a Honda, you can Use this Site Addy; http://www.honda-engines-eu.com/en/welcome.html and Select Spare Parts from the Drop Down Menu of the Service Tab.
>>Select Spare Parts.
>>Now Fill out the Section for Engines. I Used the GVC160 A1A Engine.
>>Once into the Breakdown, Select the Carburetor File.
>>The Idle Adjustment Screw is Shown as #6 in the Breakdown Picture.
>>Turn this Screw Clockwise 1/4 of a Turn at a Time Until the Engine Idles Smoothly with No Engine Cycling (up and down of the Idle RPMs).
>>If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I Hope to be Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Be Safe and Happy. Thanks.

Good Luck
