Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman 19HP Kohler Automatic, rear wheels, bypass valve

riding mower. I used the mower all last summer. This year ot wouldn't start after a full charge. I replaced the battery, still not even a turn or sound. I tried to push the mower to a better spot but the rear wheels are locked. I checked to see if the gear was in neutral and it was. Got any ideas of what I should do next? Thanks

To unlock your wheels there is a lever, called a bypass valve near the transmission.  Make sure you pull/push the lever this will unlock your wheels.  (i am assuming the brake is off)

Make sure you are sitting on the seat, your brake pedal is depressed and the PTO/blade engagement switch is turned off.
