Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): honda lawn mower drive clutch cable, clutch cable, honda lawn

Question
Honda Harmony HRB 215. While mowing the lawn I let off the drive clutch to make turn, when I went to re-engage the drive by pressing the lever down, and the drive never kicked back in, so I had to basically treat it like a push mower.  The cable now has no tension on it and is loose, as though i could pull it all the way out.  I guess what I want to know is, is this usually an easy fix? Are the cables easy to replace and easy to find if I need a new one. I didnt want to start taking it apart to find out that I have to end up taking it somewhere anyways. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
