Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Getting inside the Harmony 215, honda power equipment, lower spring

Hi, the lower spring on the brake cable has broken on my Harmony 215. I saw where it came from, I have the replacement. How in the heck do you get inside to connect replace the spring? It seems like I might have to take the entire mower apart! Any thoughts? Thanks

http://www.emerichsales.com/ and Select Honda Power Equipment in the Drop Down Under "Parts Look up" at the Left of the Page. Now Fill Out the Quick Parts Look Up Section.
>>Using the Breakdown, Remove the Blade and Belt Cover.
>>This Usually gives you Access to the Brake. **Note: Tilt the Mower so the Spark Plug is Pointed Up. Never Tilt and Engine Other than with the Spark Plug Up. Doing so will cause Problems from Crankcase Contaminating the Carburetor or the Cylinder.**
