Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): SNOW BLOWER TIRES, Tire, Inflation

Question
I HAVE A CRAFTSMAN SNOW BLOWER THAT ONE OF THE TIRES LOSES AIR. WHEN IT DOES, THE BEAD OF THE TIRE BECOMES LOOSE AND I FIND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT AIR BACK IN BECAUSE OF THE LOOSE BEAD. HOW DO I GET THE BEAD BACK IN PLACE SO THAT I CAN PUT AIR BACK IN THE TIRE?
                           THANK YOU,
                           GINO

Answer
Hello Gino:

>>I have a 1/4" Cable that Circles the Center of the Tire and when Tightened it Causes the Sidewall to Press Outward Towards the Rim.
>>Try Using a Tie Down Strap (a Narrow One) to Circle the Center of the Tire. Sometimes these will Expand the Sidewalls.
>>Also, Remove the Valve Stem and Allow Maximum Air Flow and Air Pressure to Enter the Tire while Inflating.
>>I Hope this Helps. If I have Missed Something, lease Let me Know.

>>Respectfully
