Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Lawnmower drive belt?, transmission pulley, mower deck

Question
I have a Honda Self propelled lawnmower Model#HRR2163VXA  and it doesn't self propel.  It appears that there is a belt off the transmission.  First how do you put the drive belt on the transmission pulley? 2ND How do you add oil to the transmission?
Thanks for any help you might can provide.

Answer
I can't say exactly on yours as I can't find it in the lookup, but under the mower deck you will see a belt cover and a deck baffle.  These need to be removed to access the belt.  Then there will be a belt guard of some sort at the crankshaft which will need to be removed.  This should give you all the under deck access you need.  There will be a guard over the top of the transaxle where the pulley is that will need to be removed.  I don't think you'll need to remove the pulley itself or the controls, I think you'll be able to pull the tension off the pulley by hand and slip the belt on.

The transmission should be a sealed unit that isn't serviced.  It should use grease.
