Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Flywheel removal on honda GXV530, strap wrench, impact wrench

Question
I need to replace the charge-coil, its giving out 4V AC, and to do so I need to remove the top-mounted horizontal flywheel. How can I lock-it from turning so I can get a good turn on the 19mm bolt holding it on? And is it by any chance reverse threaded?

Answer
The best way is to use an impact wrench, then you don't have to hold the flywheel at all. If you don't have an impact, you can use a strap wrench, available at any auto parts store, to hold the flywheel.  It should be tyhreaded normally unless you have an engine designed to run backwards, and there are very few of those out there.  Thanks, PK.
