Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tools/Info, blade sharpening, sharpening tool

Question
I have a very small shop that is doing very well (3rd yr in biz). I am looking into expanding my tools & items that I repair. Can you point me in the direction of a micrometer set, blade sharpening tool for decks. I am looking for the tool to adjust the H & L jets on 2-cycle carbs (they are round & inside a small deep spot on carb & I have not been able to find the right tool for these jets on walbro & zama carbs). Also looking for manuals on how properly diag & repair carbs on 2-cycle trimmers/blowers/chainsaws.

Answer
I have a nice mic set that, to be honest, I never use.  I found long ago that trying to rebuild an engine, with the high cost of oversize/
rebuild parts, it is better to get a shortblock or replacement engine online.
The carb adjust tools must be bought from the trimmer/saw maker,
as Zama and Walbro refuses to sell the carb tools to keep out of trouble with the gov.
As far as a good manual, just buy a Stihl manual for any model,
and the general info there will guide you in the other brands as well.

Hooking up with some distributors will be helpful too, as the smaller ones will set up an account with you if you doon't have a tax number.
All of these things can be found on e-bay as well.
