Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro Pony, riding mower, assy

Question
I have a three year old Toro Pony.  I shut it down and went to roll it into the garage, and it wouldn't roll.  I made sure it was in neutral, PTO off, and the brake off, no luck. Any suggestions?

Answer
Do you mean Troybilt Pony?  There is a troybilt Pony riding
mower, and a Troybilt Pony tiller.

If it is the rider, the brake could just be stuck, there is a rotor on the side of the transmission, and a brake assy.  Just wiggle
the lever and you will hear a click, and then it will roll,
You may have to lube it if it continues to stick.

If there is a Toro Pony, let me have the model number.  If it is a rider, the brake would be similar.

If it is a tiller, let me know and we can go in that direction.
Thanks.
