I am assuming that the carb sits on top of the tank.   There is not really much to this, simply remove the carb AND tank assy from the engine, remove the carb from the tank,  clean screen and fuel inlet pipes, replace diaphragm on side of carb.  NOTE how the sprain is installed in carb.  Failure to put this back in its proper position will cause you all kinds of grief.
