Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): replacing driven disk, center bolt, driven disk


Question
can you please tell me how to replace the driven disk on my snapper 281016be rear engine riding lawn mower? i removed the larger center bolt of the threaded shaft, but it doesn't seam to want to come off, what else do I need to do?
