Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): i cant id my engine to repair carb, small engines, linkage

Question
I need to find a governor linkage diagram so I know which hole on the choke plate the governor arm goes in. The mower is a tecumseh 6.5 front drive, mo#917-377420 engine family#vtp195u1g1sa serial#082878m 073471. I loooked everywhere for the specs, but it looks like it was never made or something which is impossible.
