Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Noma canadiana snowblower, ecustomer support, snow blower

Hi John, I have a Noma track drive snowblower CN 5-23 I belive it was made in
78. The snow blower drive clutch is slipping and I was wondering where I would
get the right parts for this machine. I do not have a parts manual. I have
adjusted the clutch tension as much as I can but it is still slipping.
