Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): snowblower motor, snowblower, blowing snow

Question
Last night I was blowing snow for about an hour, disengaged the auger for a couple of minutes, when  I re-engaged the auger the motor stopped. I tryed to restart but the motor will not turn, I cannot even pull the pull cord an inch!!! any ideas???

Is the oil level correct?  What brand of blower do you have?  What is the snowblower model number?

What brand of engine is on the snowblower?  What is the engine model, spec and serial number?

Is anything binding in the auger assembly?  Is the auger assembly froze with ice?  Can you turn the auger assembly by hand?
