Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Jacobson snow blower, question pool, tecumseh engine

I have a Jocobson snow blower,chassis no. are 56625 also , 6388 What do these no. represent?It also says it is a Imperial 26 2 stage. It has a tecumseh engine  model no i beleive is oh140-16012c serial no 1174e,can you do a breake down on what these no represent,such as year,hp,etc, Also carburetor adjustments if is known, thank you Larry
