Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Bent Crankshaft, briggs straton, bolt torque

Question
Good day.
I recently ran over a large metal pipe and bent my crankshaft on my newly acquired Honda push mower.  I am planning to replace it myself (with the help of a friend) and he said I will need the follow specs:
1.  Flywheel nut torque
2.  Connecting Wheel nut torque
3.  Crankcase Cover bolt torque

Any chance you can help me obtain this information?  If yo can not provide the exact torques, can you suggest something close?

Also, I was told the engine does NOT use any gaskets, but instead some sort of "Ultra Black" can be applied.  Is this information correct?

Finally, the gentleman who is helping me repair this Honda Engine normally works on Briggs / Straton... is there anything we should be looking for special when taking apart this Honda.

Thank you so much for your time, and this website.

Answer
Hello Joshua:

The Engine Specifications you are Requesting can be Found at this Site Addy; http://www.johnfvining.com/engine_specs/default.asp . Then Look Under Honda and Select the Specification you are Seeking. Example: Flywheel Torque; then Select the Torque that is Listed for your Engine from the List of Engines and Torque Provided. You can Use the Ultra Black for the Crankcase Pan Gasket. I Use it All the Time and Purchase it in a Caulking Tube, but you can Purchase it in a Smaller Tube for a Single Engine if Required. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower/Engine at this Site Addy, http://hayward.arinet.com/scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF&app=ASP&lang=EN&TF=Mainfram... and Select the Catalog American Honda. Please, Do Not Hesitate, If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
