Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Is there a replacement Manufacturer, outdoordistributors, engine manufacturer

Hi John, I have a Craftsman Tiller Model No. 536.797502. The rewind starter and housing assy is shot. I need to purchase another (Sears #730323 or 590690). Is there another manufacturer besides sears I could purchase from. I do not know who the engine manufacturer is and hoping you would know. The engine is a 2 cycle 32.8 cc

This is a Tecumseh (Model #143.971670) 2 Cycle Engine. I Priced this Complete Starter Assembly (Tecumseh Part #730323) at Several of my Parts Suppliers and the Cheapest I Located was $56.10 at Outdoor Distributors (http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ - PH; 877-707-2787).
