Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman Steering, drag link, tractor model

Question
I have a Craftsman Tractor model 917.259560. There is a rod that is attached to the steering wheel that attaches to a ball on the inside of the drivers wheel. It has popped off do to wear. I have looked at the diagram but cannot seen to identify the part. It does not seem to be listed in the diagram. I would like to order and repair but need to know description or part number. Thanks

Answer
Hello Jerry:

No Worries. This is Called the Drag Link (#10). It Attaches the Steering Mechanism to the Front Wheels and they are Connected to Each Other by the Tie Rod (#32). The Drag Link is Part #156438 and List for $45.55. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
