Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Poulan Counter Vibe 3400, vent line, arinet

Question
I have a poulan counter vibe 3400 chainsaw, all of the fuel lines have rotted out.  Is there somewhere I can get a good picture of where they go back, or can you give me enough detail to get me by.  I have the one going from the carb to the tank(filter) but there is another hole in the tank.  It looks to me that it could just get a piece of hose shoved in there as a vent line, but where would the other end go to?  Thanks for the help!

Answer
Hello Adam:

The Hole you are Asking About is Usually the Return Line from the Carburetor. I Reviewed the Breakdown of this Unit and it Shows No Return Line to the Tank. Are you Sure this Tank has a Return Line Hole in the Tank Itself? Sometimes the Saw Housing will have the Return Line Hole, but the Tank Itself will Not have the Hole for the Return Line. The Tank Vent is Usually in the Tank Cap. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower at this Site Addy, http://hayward.arinet.com/scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF&app=ASP&lang=EN&TF=Mainfram... and Select the Catalog Poulan/Weed Eater. Select Poulan. Select Gas. Select Saw. Now Scroll to your Model and Click on it. Now Select the Section of the Saw you Wish to View. I Used the Engine Assembly Breakdown and the External Power Unit Breakdown for Reference. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
