How do you get the cover off.  I have the toro recycle 20064.  The belt came off and the Toro dealer took over 4 weeks to repair.  If I could have gotten the top cover off I think I could have put the pulley belt back on myself.  Thx

there is typically a screw on the side of the cover or in the top of the cover.  It would be about 1/2 way between the engine and the transmission.  Also go to the Toro website and they have some good animated instructions on how to do this too.  www.toro.com go to the interactive manuals for belt replacement.
