have cleaned carb will idle but  when given throttle stalls muffler clean is it possible the white peice under primer bulb think its the primer check vale is stuck would that stop it from speeding up without stalling

Did you install a carburetor kit?  it sounds like the fuel pump diaphragm could be leaking or the needle not set properly.  How old is this trimmer does it have high speed adjustment screws or are they sealed on some carburetors.  The screws are covered with a small amount of caulk. clear that out with a pic adjust the screws as needed.  Then you should put caulk back on the other thing to check is the installation block at a carburetor months to.  It is the plastic block that the bolts go through that mount a carburetor.  It insulates to carburetor from the crankcase.  Sometimes they will warp, and they care.  Please be sure you put in new caskets and fuel tank filter.  The last thing to check would be to vent in the field.  Hope this helps.  Please let me know
