Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Sears Tractor, tractor model, solenoid

Question
Hi - I have a Sears tractor model 917.255580 about 10 to 12 yers old. I replaced the seat switch and no result. I am now trying to install a new solenoid. I cannot figure out where the ignition wire attaches to the solenoid. I have 2 red wires from the battery going to one post on the solenoid. Then from the other post a red wire going to the starter. Where does the ignition wire attach to. Thanks Vinnie

Answer
Hello Vinnie:

The Ign Switch Wire to the Solenoid Connects to the Small Post at the Base of the Solenoid.
