Chrysler Repair: Mileage display: 06 Charger, self diagnosis, push pin

My 2006 Charger digital mileage readout seems to be stuck on -4-06 after I tried to set my tripometer back to zero. I held the push pin and started the car at the same time. Apparently this was not good. Any idea how to fix this.

Hi Harvey,
The mistake you made was to start the engine. Try the same routine: push the reset, turn the key from off to run, then see what happens. That is an allowed sequence which initiates a self diagnosis of the cluster.  If that doesn't work then I would try to get a fault code readout to see if a trouble code is stored in the memory of the body computet. If so. let me know what the number of the code is.
