Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Previous GX-200 carb problem, still trouble., honda gx200, lawn mower parts

Question
John, thanks for your reply on April 24th. My Q. is listed here:  http://en.allexperts.com/q/Small-Engines-Lawn-1746/2008/4/Honda-GX200-engine-pre...

Not wanting to spend $49.00 for the carb "soak bucket" I got a spray an of Berryman B-12 carb cleaner, and with the attached "straw", sprayed it through every orifice and opening every which way, several times, then blew through each with 60 lb. air gun.
Now I have another problem. I broke the outer end off the mixture needle (Honda calles it a set screw #16016-ZH7-W01, Code 4219879.
Shown here as #'s 5 and 6 on the exploded view. http://hayward.arinet.com/scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF&app=ASP&lang=EN&TF=Mainfram...
I was attempting to pull off that end cap that limits rotation so I could blast cleaner through the opening. But although trying to be careful, I snapped the end off the rest of the needle.Once broken I can see the end cap was cemented on the needle. It is in a place that's hard to see, and the end has a tab that limits rotation to about 1/8 turn.
How, or where can I order this part, and see if my galloping governor problem (smoothed out by partially closing the choke) is solved.
Before I pulled the carb again today, I did siphon the gas out of the tank, and replaced with some 91 Octane, non-Oxy fuel. It ran somewhat better, but still governor hunting.
Appreciate your suggestion how to get a new needle valve.
Roger Williams.

Answer
Hi Roger:

The Only Site that May have the Air Mixture Screws is; http://www.hyperparts.com/hondaatv.htm and Select Lawn Mower Parts  at the Top of the Page. Then Select Carburetors. Then Select 4 Cycle Carburetion at the Right. Now Scroll to be Bottom of the Carburetion Page and Select Other. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
