Answer
Hello Curt:

You can View Online the PDF Manuals for this Mower at this Site Addy; http://www.simplicitytechpubs.com/techpubsearch.php?f_dsprslt=true&f_mfgno=16948... and Select the Manual you wish to View. I Looked at the Parts Manual and have Located the Most Probable Cause. The Circuit Breaker May be Bad or there May be a Short in the System Causing the Circuit Breaker to Connect and Disconnect the Circuit the Voltage. This can be Caused by a Bad Voltage Regulator or Stator Also. I Require the Engine Model and Type Numbers to See if this Engine has a Regulator or Not. I will Attempt to Locate a Bagger System for this Mower on Monday 05/05/08. I will Follow Up to you Sometime on that Day with the Information. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
