Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Sears Craftsman 917.272242, sears craftsman, craftsman 917

Looking at purchasing a used Sears Craftsman riding mower/lawn tractor model # 917.272242.  Anything I should be looking for when I test it?  ANy history of poor performance or repair issues that I should be aware of?  Sellerclaims it only has 388 hours on it.

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. If this Unit has been Well Maintained, then it Should Give Good Service. I have Not Heard of Any Major Problems with this Model Mower. Other than the Usual Maintenance Problems that Occur During Normal Use, ie: Carburetor Problems, Safety Switch Problems, and Belt Problems.
