Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): STARTING, question pool, spec numbers

I HAVE A MURRAY SELECT 4.5 AND A 6.0 AND I CAN'T GET NEITHER OF THEM TO START. THE PERSON TOLD ME HE STARTED THE4.5 UP AROUND 9 MONTHS AGO. I CAN'T FIND ANY TYPE OF OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS THAT ARE HELPFUL. I DON'T KNOW WHERE PRIMER BUTTON IS AND I DON'T KNOW IF IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE GAS AND OIL MIXED. COULD SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME...THANK YOU

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Send me the Model and Type or Spec Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. The Model Numbers May be Stamped Into the Blower Housing (metal engine cover) Above the Spark Plug. Thanks.
