Answer
Hello Louis:

Is this Every Time you Start the Car or Just After the Engine has Set for an Hour or Two? This Problem is Usually Caused by the Coolant Temp Sensor. I Suggest you have Someone Read the Onboard Computer. Usually there is a Trouble Code Locked Into the Computer when a Sensor Goes Bad. I have Seen Low Fuel Pressure Cause the Same Problem. The Low Pressure can be Caused by a Weak/Bad Fuel Pump, a Faulty Fuel Pressure Regulator, a Rotted/Busted Hose between the Fuel Pump and the Fuel Line in the Tank. Some Models will Lock a Low Fuel Pressure Code Into the Computer. Check the Service Manual to See if your Model has this Sensor for the Fuel Pressure. If Not, then a Mechanic will have to Attach a Pressure Gauge to the Fuel System and Check the Fuel Pressure. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
