Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Simplicity 16 H.P. Tractor, switch jumper, correct addy

Question
QUESTION: Tractor won`t start-No lights- nothing works.
could it be Ignition Switch? Jumper battery didn`t help.
Thank You

ANSWER: Hello Al:

Send me the Model Numbers Off the Mower, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. Have you Checked the Fuse? The Lights May Operate Only with the Engine Running. Some of these Mowers have a Relay that can Cause this Problem Also. The Mower Model Numbers will Assist me Greatly in Assisting you. Thanks.

Answer
Hello Again Al:

This Model Tractor has a Circuit Breaker Instead of a Fuse. You can View a Breakdown of this Mower at this Site Addy; http://www.emerichsales.com/home.asp and Select Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Skelect the Model Tab. Then Select the OEM and Enter the Serial Numbers (1690569). Then Double Click on your Model in the Results Area. Now Select the Electrical File. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.

Good Luck
