Answer
Hello David:

To Locate Tiller Parts, Go to this Site Addy; http://www.merrytiller.co.uk/merry_tiller_spare_parts.htm For Engine Parts and a Breakdown You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Engine at this Site Addy, http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Select the Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Select the Model Tab. Then Select the OEM and Enter the Model and Type Numbers (first 4 digits Only). Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area. Now you can Select the Section of the Engine you Wish to View. If you Do Not Locate the Breakdown for the Engine at this Site, then Send me the Engine Model and Type Numbers and I May be Able to Locate an Engine Breakdown for you. The Engine Model and Type Numbers are Stamped Into the Blower Housing Usually Above the Spark Plug. To Properly Get the Engine Running you are Going to have to Clean the Gas Tank and Lines to the Carburetor (Non Tank Mounted Carburetor. If this Engine has the Tank Mounted Carburetor, the you Will Require a New Diaphragm and Needle Kit (get the Carburetor Rebuild Kit). Here are the Cleaning Instruction for the Bowl Type Carburetors. If you Require the Tank Mount Carburetor Cleaning File, Let me Know, Please. If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem,  I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.

Good Luck
