Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 1973 mtd mower belts, mtd mower belts, model numbers

i have a 1973 mtd 8hp mower model #4082.3 s#11580 is what it says on the mower and cant figure out what size belt i need for it. the belt is to engage the blades let me know Thanks. oh and is there somewheres i can look up this mower online for parts or pics?

The Mower Model Numbers Should be Similar to this Model Number 40508X92E. What is the Cut (36", 38", ect) of the Deck? You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Mower at this Site Addy, http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Select the Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Select the Model Tab. Then Select the OEM and Enter the Model Numbers. Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area. Now you can Select the Section of the Mower you Wish to View. Thanks.
