Answer
Hello Patrick:

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. The Gas in the Carburetor Throat came from the Carburetor Bowl and Entered the Throat by the Carburetor Bowl Vent and Primer Port. If it Did Not Stay Tipped to Long, then it Should Start and Run without Any Problems. Remove the Spark Plug and Turn the Engine a few Times to Clear the Cylinder. Clean and Replace the Plug and the Mower Should Start. PS: I am Allowed to Answer 10 Questions a Day. If you See I am Maxxed Out, then Try Submitting your Question at or Just After 9pm EST (US).
