Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecumseh V-70 alternative, vertical shaft, replacement engines

Hi, My tecumseh V-70 engine has finally gone to that big scrap yard in the sky. However my machine is still in perfect working order, it just needs a new engine. Do you know of an exact replacement for the V-70? one that will just bolt straight on with the same bolts & size vertical shaft? It can be bigger HP but not smaller & also doesn't have to be Tecumseh, anything will do.
