Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Froze engine, huskee garden tractor, mounting bolt

Question
I have a Huskee garden tractor, Model 833 with a 18.5 HP BS engine, model 42A707, type2238E1, code 9709155B, 2 cylinder OHV.  Just finished sweeping up grass and shut engine off.  Tried to re-start a few minutes later and engine had froze.  Let engine cool down and still was froze.  Checked oil and it was just down to "add oil" line.  Tractor is about 5 years.  Help please.  Thanks much.

Answer
Hello Gene:

Remove the Blower Housing and Check the Coil. Has the Coil Slipped and Hitting the Flywheel? Did you Remove the Spark Plug and Try to Turn the Engine? Remove the Belts from the Engine Pulley. Is the Engine Still Locked? If the Engine is Still Frozen with the Spark Plug Out, then Use a Wrench and Try to Turn the Crankshaft Using the Engine Pulley Mounting Bolt. If Gas Runs Out the Spark Plug Hole then the Plug is Removed, then the Carburetor Needle Isn't Working Properly and Allowed the Gas to Hydro Lock the Engine.  Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

Good Luck
