Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Engine will not start, mini tiller, exhaust port

I have a Craftsman 2-cycle mini tiller and cultivator model # 316.292620 I am using fresh oil/fuel mix and it just won't start, any help would be appreciated.

Hello Elton:

Remove the Muffler and Inspect the Exhaust Port for Carbon Blocking the Exhaust Port. Check the Muffler and Spark Arrestor Screen (in the muffler) for Blockage Also. If these are Clear, then Remove, Disassembled and Soak the  Overnight in Carburetor Cleaner (I Use Gunk). Then Blow Out the Passages with Compressed Air and Install a New Kit if Required. Go to this Site Addy, http://www3.sears.com/ and Enter the Model Numbers in the Upper Left Search Box and Click Go. Then Visually Verify the Equipment and CLick Continue.
