Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Starter cord on rototiller, recoil starter, starter cord

Question
I was using the rototiller and it was working fine.  it ran out of gas, so I turned it off to fill it.  I then tried to start it but the starter cord will not budge.  Is there and suggestions on how i can get the starter cord to pull out again?

Thanks

michelle

Answer
Hello Michelle:

If you have the Tiller in Neutral and Everything is as it Should be to Start the Tiller, then the Blower Housing (metal engine cover) Needs to be Removed to Inspect the Recoil Starter. Send me the Model Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. Thanks.
