Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): John Deere S1400 line trimmer, john deere s1400, straight shaft

Question
I have had this straight shaft trimmer for a few seasons now with no problems until today.  The head stopped turning.  I pulled the lower and upper driveshaft but nothing jumped out at me.  The driveshaft appears to be disengaging itself somewhere.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Trimmer and Engine at this Addy, http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.view.servlets.H... and Enter the Model Numbers . Then Select your Model from the Results Area. Then Select Sectional Index. Now Select Your Trimmer. Now Select the File you Need to View. Either the Shaft, the Trimmer Head Gear Case or the Clutch(if this has One) is the Cause of the Problem. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let Me Know What Happens, Please.
