Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): How to change the oil in a tecumsen push mower., hp 20, push mower

I have a Yard Machine 3.5 HP 20" push mower and I can not find the oil drain
under the deck. Is there one for this model? or must I drain out the gas and tip it
over on its side to drain the oil from the top?

Hello John:

Some of these Mowers have an Allen Type Drain Plug Directly Under the Oil Fill Hole in the Bottom of the Engine. Check for it with a Screwdriver. If No Drain Plug is Present, then You have to Tilt the Mower to Change the Oil. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let Me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.
