Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Lawn Mower idle, question pool, quarter turn

I took apart the carb to clean it out, but when i put it back together i does idle the way it did.
it now idles to low to keep running, do you think i should turn the idle screw a quarter turn in and see what happens or is there something that makes the lawn mower idle differently

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. If the Engine is Operating Properly except for the Idle, then Turn the Idle Screw 1/4 Turn and Go from There.
