Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Troy Bilt Mower Wont Start, safety circuit, safety switch

Mower was running. Next time nothing. I noiticed a wire hanging off of the interlock rod mechanism on the deck. The other wire is grounded to the engine. I know it is a safety circuit. What does the wire connect to?

 Im Not Sure where the Wire Hooks Up. There should be a Safety Switch Somewhere Near to Plug the Wire Into. It Sounds Like the Blade Safety Switch Wire.
