Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): peerless transaxle model 1320, peerless transaxle, wheel horse

Question
I have an older wheel horse tractor 252-h. The transaxle is not working properly. No power when it does go. Belts are connected and fluid level is good. It is a peerless 1320. Is there any way I can check to see if the pump or the tranaxle is bad? Or is there a way to adjust.

 I Require All the Information Off the OEM Tag on the Transaxle, Please. With this Information I can Locate the Proper Manual and Better Assist you. However, if this is a Hydrostatic or Hydromatic Transaxle; I Do Not Suggest you Attempt Any Internal Repairs.
