Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Murray riding mower, drive pulley, peerless transaxles transmissions

Question
I was giving a Murray 38515x92B mower from a neighbor. It has a peerless MST-205-527D Transaxle. The drive pulley was rusted and broken up. I could turn the pulley without the wheels turning. I am trying to seperate the housing to check the gears but something seems to be holding it together. All the bolts are out. What do you think could be wrong in the transaxle?
                                  Thanks for any help

Answer
 Hello Sammy:

Go to this Addy http://www.landscapepower.com/ and Select Peerless Transaxles Transmissions and Parts. Then Select Dont have Parts List. Then Enter the Spec Numbers. The Shifter Fork Could be Broken a Gear or Shaft Key could be Sheared. Rechect the Center of the Transaxle for a Bolt. Hope this helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
