Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): new to bizness, riding mower, model numbers

hello i am new to the biz of lawnmower repair and i had a customer call me today with a problem ya see he has a riding mower that uses 2 handles to stear and his and my problem is that it will only turn right i was thinking that it was maybe a break problem sorry he didn't give me the name of the lawnmower he isgoing to try to bring it by tomarrow any help with this would be great and if u can't could u pleas point me in the right direction he also said the he talked to a nother repair shop and they said that someting was off a few hunderths of an inch or something like that please please help (he's my first customer!!!lol)
