Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Husgvarna 1842 wont move, husgvarna, riding mower

just purchased a Husgvarna 1842 riding mower from the previous home owner. (Looks like new) It starts right up, but I can't get it to go forward or back.  Can you help? Thanks,

 Have you Checked the Belts and the Idler Pulleys? You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower at this Addy http://www.partstree.com/parts/ and Enter the PEM and Model Numbers and Click Go. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Thanks.
