I am trying to remove and replace the clutch on my lawnmower 14sb but having trouble getting the "hex" bolt out of the bottom. I have stabilized the flywheel (I clamped the clutch with clamp) and the bolt turns without the flywheel moving but the bolt will just not come out? any suggestions? Gordon

Sometimes an impact wrench is the only way that I have been able to remove stubborn bolts like this.

Answer
Hi Gordon,
The only explination that i can come up with without actually seeing the problem in person is that the bolt must be stripped out.  If this is the case sometimes an air wrench that will turn the bolt faster than you can with regular hand tools will work.  Of course the shaft would have to be at a minimum re-tapped to repair the damaged threads.
