Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro s-620, exhaust pipes, code numbers

Question
Hi.  I have an S-620 that won't run for longer than 10 seconds or so.  I bought it at a garage sale for almost nothing.  The carb is very clean and the gaskets look fairly new.  The motor will run for longer than 10 seconds only if I hold my finger over the hole on the primer.  Also, there seems to be a fair bit of oil coming from the junction of the 2 exhaust pipes.  I removed both needles on the carb, cleaned them and put them back in the same distance from closed as they were before I removed them (about 1 turn each).  Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Thanks a lot.

Pat

Answer
 Hello Pat:

From your Description it Sounds like the Passages in the Carburetor are Restricting the Gas Flow to the Jet. Soak the Carburetor Overnight in Gunk Carburetor Cleaner and then Blow Out the Passages with Compressed Air. Install New Kit. Send me the Make, Model, Type and Code Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these, I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL and Better Assist you. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
